I have been listening to the tracks on Fuse's website and watched them on YouTube and I can tell you I can hardly wait to get my mitts on this album. If you're like me and are a bit bored of the cliché cross-over violin sound this is definitely for you. It contains rock anthems that everyone knows like "I love rock n roll", "Fix you" and if you have an ear for a bit of classical music you mustn't miss "Led Carmina (Kashmir/Carmina Burana) which is a very clever fusion of Led Zeppelin's Kashmir and Carl Orff's Carmina Burana (which is one of my favourite pieces by the way). So neighbours beware as soon as my CD arrives I will be rocking it out!

Linzi Stoppard and Ben Lee aka Fuse have invented their own unmistakeable sound with their bespoke electric violins and created something very special and unique. Despite the fact I've seen this in the shops in the Classical section the only thing classical about it is that it is full of classic rock anthems that have been given a very special Fuse treatment. Their version of Coldplay's Fix You has been cleverly interwoven with excerpts from Suo Gan and the gentle voices in the background help create and maintain the emotional meaning of the song. As a complete contrast their interpretation of Carl Orff's O Fortuna has been fused with Led Zeppelin's Kashmir for a truly dramatic end to an extraordinary CD. These are just two tracks - there are twelve more examples of what the world of Fuse has to offer. I have a feeling Fuse will be around for a long time and will soon be leading the way in exciting and innovative sound.

I've received my pre-ordered Fuse album a few days ago and I can't have enough of it. These guys have rewritten music history. I love all the tracks especially Glorious. They made them their own with their very own sound. I wish i could play the violin like they do!
