I bought this for my 18 month old neice. It took her a while to get the hang of it and at first all she wanted was to be pushed around on it. However recently she had really got to grips with it and is flying around the place. She loves it.

sturdy "bike" easy to use. suitable from 1-2 years. is says upto 3 years but my 3 year old found it hard to use as she was very cramped leg wise. my 1 year old loves it. says you should use a helmet but i could not find one that would fit a 1year old. nevertheless it didnt cause any problems. also folds up and is lightweight. my 1yr old could pick it up herself. 360 swivle wheels.
