Had these tights for a short time now. i ride in the north east and the winter weather has been cold, wet and windy but these tights have kept me warm enough while riding. the quality is so far standing up to the punishment. The comfort level is good if a little tight when the front is zipped up (snug rarther than tight) but that could be the christmas food. generally they are good winter tights.

I have to say that i'm very impressed with the quality, stitching, and minimalist but sleek design.
The fit is absolutely perfect, and looks like it was tailor-made for myself. I got a small. For those who might find this information helpful, i'm 1.69m, my inner leg inseam is approximately 30inches. The only thing i dislike is the padding. It feels like i'm wearing pampers, but perhaps i've yet to get used to it. But i think the added 'bounce' is going to be very helpful on bumpy portions of my ride as i ride a hardtail Boardman.
What first impressed me was how the limited design elements on it were very artistically applied - like the zipper, the logo-band on the thighs and lower back. A subtle statement that bespeaks confidence in itself. Nothing outlandish like some designs available here from some other brands.
As for the feel of the product, the zippers are very smooth and locks in place very well unlike others where one might require to tug and pull a bit, or is 'raspy' in its movement and sound.
However, i'm not sure if this is adequate for winter as i've never cycled in the UK in winter - though i have been since late summer to the present. The material does seem a bit on the thin side (hence, 4 instead of 5 stars), but perhaps the exorbitantly priced ones are as well. I'm not sure about that. Personally, I'd prefer a cycling bib tights that is, internally, of the same material as, for instance, SubZero's midlayer factor 2 tops. I don't see why that can't be done. Perhaps if anyone has suggestions, i'd appreciate it.
All in all, i'm pretty happy with the overall product. Going by my limited experience, i'd say that i'd be able to go out in these, with an additional layer over the top and another below (underneath) and be toasty enough down to about 8 degrees. Perhaps i need to acclimatise more.
UPDATE:
Since the date of the initial review, the ankle zipper has ceased its zipping function. Now, when i zip it down, it opens up in the centre. However, i'm still ok with the tights as there is an additional material that covers the ankles behind the zipper, and everything else is fine.
