Country Dance
Players use the Wii-Remote and attempt to mimic the on-screen dance moves to their favourite country tunes.
Players earn points depending on what moves they perform and how well they replicate them…the better the dancer…the higher the score!
On-screen icons are available to help players perform the moves…so the entire family will be “dancin’ their boots off” as they progress through levels that become more challenging as the game goes on…from novice to expert, everyone will love Country Dance!

This is a Great game for all the family, we had a country themed party and this went down a storm.Great fun.

I love the songs on this - very recent country hits by the latest big stars.
My main gripe is that some of the dance moves don't really match the music or tempo of the songs very well. Therefore its quite hard to learn the moves on some of the songs as they seem a bit random and out of sync with the beat.
There are not many options for varying the game, and it takes a while to 'click click click' your way from one song to the next. If you want a good workout you end up with gaps. It would be nice to have a non-stop selection to choose from, like i've seen on other dance wii games.
Also, only the highest score is saved, and you don't know if you've beaten it unless you remember it yourself. Would be nice to have some ranking order like with the Wii Fit.
Basically the game is quite basic. Maybe they spent all the money getting good songs by the original artists? However I can still pass a good hour dancing a way (and singing - but there is no karaoke option either) to the great song selection, which is why I gave it 4 stars.

Fun:
I think this game is fantastic you are getting exercise without realizing it, such fun, I think that the songs are great there is one for all ages and with 25 songs to choose from you never get bored.

It's an alright game.
If you were expecting to get a game with a number of well known Country Sings sadly this isn't the one, the songs are still good just not so well known. Read more
