Full Day Introduction to Land Yachting

Quickly you will progress to a figure of eight course learning safe, controlled turns. If you show good control at this level, you will have the opportunity to learn more difficult manoeuvres which will allow you later on in the session to sail the land yachts on a larger circuit.Important Information from Activity Superstore

We're sure you're itching to get going and book a great experience for someone special. However, to avoid confusion or disappointment later, please read the following information carefully before buying and booking your activity, as it may materially affect your choice of experience.

Age, size and health restrictions - For safety reasons, some activities have certain size, age and health restrictions. Unless otherwise stated in the brochure or on the website, the minimum age for any activity is 14. You are required to notify Activity Superstore and/or the Supplier of any relevant medical condition. Activity timings - Your day with Activity Superstore will be very exciting and you may welcome a breather along the way. Please note, however, that the activity timings are given as a guide only and you may be required to wait between different elements of the activity alongside other participants.

Vouchers - Your voucher must be presented on the day, in order to participate in the activity. Please make sure that you keep the voucher in a safe place because we regret that vouchers cannot be replaced if they are lost.

Vouchers are usually valid for nine months. The validity of the voucher is printed on the voucher. You must have booked and completed your activity by the date shown. We are happy to extend vouchers once only, for another six months, while still valid. A £15 administration fee is payable if you choose to extend the validity of your voucher in this way. If our brochure or website price has increased, you will also be required to pay the difference.

Exchanges - You may exchange the activity pack for one of the other activities in our brochure or from our website. A supplement will be payable if the chosen activity costs more than the original activity, but if your chosen activity is cheaper, we will hold the difference as a credit against another voucher. Should you exchange your voucher, both credit and exchanged voucher hold the original expiry date.

Refunds - If you are not satisfied with your voucher pack, please call us within 14 days and we will happily arrange a full refund. If you choose to return the pack after this date, refunds will incur an administration fee of 25% of the cost of the voucher, with a minimum fee of £25. Refunds will be in the form of a cheque made payable to purchaser only and no interest will be paid on the amount to be refunded. Refunds will be given no later than the expiry date of the voucher.

Cancellations - You should contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your booking. We will do our best to fill your space and avoid supplier cancellation charges, but if we are unable to do so, you may lose your booking. Supplier cancellation policies vary. You will be advised by Activity Superstore if you can rebook through the cancellation cover.
