Deirdre wants to give her reading public the same opportunity she's had in life to change for the better and not worse. She does this by sharing the actual method that she learned when she was at her lowest ebb, and through its application and hard fearless work on her part she was able to free herself from her own shortcomings and thereby became able to fulfill her own latent dynamic potential. Nowadays she leads a fulfilled life, knowing who and what she is, and in just what she has achieved. Whatever it is in life we want, we all sense the need for personal fulfillment, and we can never really be satisfied with anything less, fulfillment is what everyone of us is really searching for. But the tragedy is that many of us just don't know how to find or make it happen and we make the mistake of misusing that desire for wholeness by searching for it in either disastrous relationships or through harmful addictions or desire for things that lead us down blind alleys and away from our true needs. Deirdre shows through her book that we can't realize our potential on our own or without a plan, nobody can. We may try either by sitting at home alone and trying to work it all out or by getting out there in the world and still feeling lonely even in a crowd. Deirdre flings the door wide open and invites others to come and share what she found many years ago. She wants you to realize your deepest potentional and experience true freedom by being and finding oneself through her seven stages of change.

Having listened to her story, and now read her first book, guaranteed to be a big seller, Fulfilled will have an impact on a lot of people if they follow the steps. Deidre has hit the headlines for building a company from an idea in a bedsit and taking it global to 35 countries, without any business experience - then selling it to a FTSE 100 company within ten years.
