This adapter does not accept a 2 pronge plug found on Braun products e.g. shavers, electronic toothbrushes.
To overcome this you need to fit another generic adapter into it which can take the slightly oversized 2 pronge plugs on Braun products.

I bought this for my daughter who was setting off on her gap year travels, it does exactly what it says it will do, worked in all the countries she visited (including India) doesn't take up much space in a back-pack and thankfully, like my daughter, came back in one piece! Highly recommended.

This is a great idea in practise, but fails in use. I tried to use it in Australia, but its bulk along with anything you plug into it leaves it too heavy. There is so much leverage it just falls out of the socket!

Why is it fused?
