The 14 megapixel AV200 boasts a 3x Fujinon zoom. The excellent resolution sensors and top quality Fujinon optics combine with the high sensitivity settings (to ISO 3200) to deliver sharp, clear images whatever the shooting conditions. The AV200 also features Fujifilm’s Digital Image Stabilisation technology to compensate for image blur caused by hand shake or subject movement, this will ensure you always get a great picture.

Scene Recognition Auto mode intelligently detects your scene type and shooting conditions, and is able to optimise the camera's focus, exposure and white balance to achieve perfect results. Or if you prefer you can choose one of 21 pre-programmed scene modes for extra control. If you have ever struggled to find the photo you are looking for on your camera, then this will be your saving grace. All FinePix cameras benefit from a Picture Search feature which allows you to find all images taken in a particular scene mode (e.g. Portraits and Landscapes) ensuring it is much faster to navigate through the photos on your camera to find the one you are after.

I do a lot of photo shooting for various reasons...Birthdays, Weddings of friends/Family, holidays etc etc
This, for the price, has to be one of the most feature packed and excellent cameras ive ever had.
The picture quality is excellent.
It uses Alkaline disposable batteries, which are easy to replace
The 720p recording is very very good and clear
It has an excellent pic viewer on the back
There are many modes you can shoot in with varying results
uses SDHC high quality cards so you can get loads of pix/films on
We used it on holiday recently in Dhubai and all the pix/films came out amazing! we also used it in a friends wedding and the pictures were vibrant and beautiful.
Dont hesitate, buy this camera!!

This camera is absolutely brilliant, especially for its low price! The black one is pretty sleek, very glossy and sexy :P Pictures are brilliant, video is even better, sound quality is just as good too. There are plenty of modes too, so you always have a setup for any picture. Do NOT let the low price put you off, its a brilliant bargain :)

I'm really happy with this camera; it's smaller than I expected, very easy to take anywhere and takes pretty good quality photos/video - especially for the price. You have a fair amount of control over elements such as ISO and white balance, etc. and a surprising amount of modes of shooting in which to use them.
The only downfall I can give it is that it runs on batteries which seem to run out fairly quickly and can be a nightmare to keep replacing, but as long as you get some decent rechargeable ones then you should be very happy with this choice. 8/10
