The universal Picture Cradle is customized for each camera through the use of adapters that come with each of the compatible cameras - the FinePix A205, A210 and A310. The universal CP-FXA10 Picture Cradle allows users to quickly download images through USB port connections, making it easy to store and share digital images electronically. The cradle's smart power system offers a two-hour recharge time for the FinePix A-series optional NH-10 Ni-MH battery pack. The cradle recognizes alkaline batteries, and shuts off the recharger mode, protecting the camera and safeguarding the consumer.
In addition, the cradle may be used in PC-Cam conferencing mode, and can be connected to other FinePix users through the FinePix Viewer 4.0 software package included with all new Fujifilm FinePix digital cameras.
Fujifilm FinePix A-series digital cameras capture AVI Motion JPEG movie clips that can be replayed for friends and family when using the CP- FXA10's Picture Cradle's video out port. By connecting to a television set, the movies can be enjoyed on a full screen, and easily recorded with a VCR.

We both have the same camera. I have this cradle, a friend of mine doesnt. She uses normal batteries i use the rechargable NH-10 Battery. We had a day out and she had to carry extra packs of batteries and went through 5 pairs I only needed my camera and the NH-10 battery. It lasted me all day and while she was missing shots of our children doing fun things and silly things I caught them all!!
If you dont want teh hassle of having to carry extra batteries or indeed having to buy battereis while you are out (presuming you are somewhere with shops open) then this is for you.
It is so easy you plug in the cradle, you slot in the camera you switch it on it charges, you take it out, you use it, you put it back in the cradle, you switch it on you upload your pictures. You view your pictures easy peasey!!

Cradle includes battery, mains charger (worth £40 on there own),
and the cradle with usb lead. had good deal on fuji E550, but no cradle or case supplied, this is really the only way to go its just so easy rather than messing with cables and battery. good value when you consider whats in the box.

Meant to buy the cradle and battery charger years ago when I first bought the cameraFujifilm CP-FXA10 Picture Cradle for FP A310/A210/A205/A205S. Since then have easily spent the price of the cradle on batteries.... A good buy.
