To take wide angle shots, this is a must. This lens is ideal for taking wide view pictures of buildings, landscape scenery, etc.. Sometimes when using this lens the corners of the picture becomes soft and almost out of focus, this can be really annoying. The lens quality is superb, but can be damaged easily. The adapter is ideal not only for the lens but also can be used with other 55mm filters. This is the cheapest I have seen anywhere. If you can afford it and out to get the best possible results from your camera I would recommend this. Also buy an extra lens cap (55mm), as this is required to protect any filters attached.

The WLFX9 (0.79X conversion factor) wide angle lens provides a good quality option for Fujifilm S5000 / S5100 / S5200 / S5500 / S5600 / S7000 owners on a limited budget. Image quality from the lens is very good with the glass being of reasonable standard in the lens - there is not the obvious tinting that appears with some of the cheap alternatives that are sold on e-bay.
I have only two minor complaints with this lens. Firstly, I wish it gave me a wider angle - this is possible with the Olympus WCON-07 lens at 0.7X, however, the Olympus lens is nearly twice the price of the WLFX9 lens. Secondly, in cold conditions, you can get an area of condensation in the middle of the lens glass, however, this is possible with other lenses too.
If you're on a limited budget, go for the Fuji WLFX9. If money is no problem, go for the Olympus WCON-07.
