This is a good book for anyone with an interest in sport as a hobby and want to improve or maximise their performance. As a sport nutrition graduate, it covers only the basics but is a good overview.

This book is amazing, but it is very hard to understand.
I would suggest this book to budding sports starts that want to improve thier energy levels through nutrition.
