Hair Putty is about the most versatile medium hold clay out there. Apply it to damp hair and blow dry for amazing volume and texture, or use it to finish a style to really give it some medium-hold kick. The conditioning agents in it lock in moisture, meaning your styled hair looks and feels healthier, and the lightweight formula won’t weigh your hair down. Try it in your styling routine to give your hair extra body and bounce.
Hair Putty contains kaolin (China clay) which adds volume to hair and helps to control sebum by absorbing oils on the scalp, so it stops your hair getting unpleasantly greasy.
Hair Putty has a Fudge Hold Factor System of 5. The unique Fudge Hold Factor System provides a measure of the strength of hold across all Fudge styling products. From 0 - 15. The lower the number, the lower the hold, the higher the number the stronger the hold. No products are tested on animals.

This is a great light putty which you can wear in your hair everyday, unlike most putty's and pastes there is no no stickiness or stiffness in your hair after applying, even the next day your hair feels fresh and not stiff or sticky, it is great for styling short to mid length hair and has a nice light almond fragrance, you can use to thicken and add volume to your hair by blow-drying or just use to control add add texture to your hair, I've been using this everyday for years and wouldn't use anything else.

I used to use fudge hair putty a good few years back and thought I would go back to it after the one I have been using is not being produced anymore. Unfortunately I did not find it any where near as good as I remembered it. The putty does not hold or give volume to the hair at all. Very disappointing so I am yet again searching for a suitable product.

I have loved almost everything about this product for more than 20 years. It smells like playdough and gives my short, fine, flyaway hair, substance & texture, leaving it looking & feeling thicker without any residue. So how come the tub I've just bought, fulfilled by Amazon, just isn't the same? The firm pasty texture has gone and the putty is no longer putty, more like cream, which means I end up using more but still can't get the same finish. Is it an economy drive, have they watered it down, was it a faulty batch? Why fix it if it ain't broke? Bring back the real thing, please!
