Product Description

Product Description

Are you bogged down by a long list of goals and to-do lists?
Does your to-do list get longer and messier every single day?
Do you blame yourself for being lazy, unproductive and procrastinating?
Have you been called a good-for-nothing lazy bum who can't get anything done?
Are you worried that not fulfilling your "obligations" as a ____ will make you seem irresponsible to the people around you?

If any of these sound familiar, perhaps it's time to try a different way. Since his teenage years, Frank Young could never wrap his head around how he was supposed to make those endless to-do lists or goals work in his life. Each time he tried these methods, he ended up feeling more discouraged that he still had not achieved his goals yet. Instead of energizing and motivating him, his goals list drained him. He felt like a failure.

Finally one day, he decided "enough is enough". Driven by years of repressed anger, he decided to FUCK all those goals and lists he was supposed to be making, and give up any pre-conceived notions of what he should be doing to please his bosses, parents, teachers or co-workers. From that day on, he applied a radically different approach into his life. One that was not based on any obligations, duties, or lists.

And as they say, the rest is history.

4.0 out of 5 stars Not quite Eckhart Tolle but it has something. 3 Mar 2014
By John
I gave this 4 stars but I was being slightly generous because the author seems like a good guy who wants to actually help people so I want to return the favour.

Negatives: It reads like just some personal advice, hardly really a book and is not essentially about dropping goals either - it's more about how to approach, create and do your 'to do' list.

Positives: On the plus side, although slightly amateurish, Frank Young has clear potential and there's a high chance you'll extract some good from this book if you'll let it - I did.

4.0 out of 5 stars Interesting concept but not for everyone 14 July 2014

An interesting read, and the system seems sound but you would need to be self-motivated to some extent
and have some dedication to your tasks.

This is not a system for people with rigid timelines or who can't let projects slide regularly.

This is for the creative butterflies who need room to flirt between projects while their brain leads them to create their best work.
4.0 out of 5 stars Great title! 4 May 2014

Haven't bought the book...yet! But the title resonated with me and I will buy it shortly without even knowing exactly why. I am constantly reading all kinds of selfhelp books, I am somewhat addicted I guess. But when it comes to implemententing what I read...can't seem to get there. So I buy another book hoping this one to be the 'holy grail'...i will be reading this one shortly :)
