Gorgeous quality frye boots. Much better for me than the Veronica shortie as they seem to be much harder wearing.
Look fab with jeans, leggings and girlie dresses to add a bit of an edge ;)
One word of warning-these boots take a while to wear in and you will fight to get them on at first!!! Be patient, undo all the buckles and push your foot down whilst pulling the boot on!!! Of even better buy a long shoe horn! It does give eventually and is totally worth the battle!
You'll feel ace in these boots-proper rock n roll and comfy too

Ordered these boots in a size 7, Dark brown colour. 3 times! Each time I received a size 6 in the colour 'Sand'. The box had a label with 'dark brown size 7' stuck over the original label which corresponded to the 'Sand size 6'' in the box. After I sent the first ones back, I was assured the stock would be checked and then the boot replaced with the correct size and colour. The second pair arrived- exactly the same, Amazon then said they couldn't replace it as there was obviously a problem. So I waited till my size and colour re-appeared on the site and stupidly ordered it again in the hope that stock had been checked - but no received the same incorrect boots again. Such a shame- I would love to have these boots, I've never had any problems with Amazon before this but I just couldn't believe that a fundamental check of the label corresponding to the product inside the box wasn't being done and it seemed like whoever was in the warehouse really couldn't give a toss and happily stuck incorrect labels over correct ones just to fill stock requirements or something. It was all really inconvenient and disappointing- and it will make me wary of ordering again.

I have been looking for a pair of good quality 'biker' boots for ages (most seem to have really poor quality soles !) I hadn't heard of Frye boots and came across them by chance now they'll be my boots of choice. Excellent quality and I'm sure they will only improve with wear (don't be put off by there 'welly like' appearance at first) once you've worn them you'll love them. Very trendy excellent thick sole go well with jeans, leggings or a dress. True to size and very comfortable.

It was very hard getting both boots on but, once on, the right boot was snug yet comfortable. The left was agonising and I had to remove it mid-meal in a restaurant and wear a spare pair of slip-ons my friend had with her (thankfully)!

This is the second pair of Frye boots I have had this problem with. I bought a pair of Veronicas many years ago, soon after a pair of Campus boots that I absolutely love for their comfort and the wonderful quality of leather that is softened over the long time (and wear) I've had them. I guess I should stick to the Campus style! Or not buy any more Fryes :(

I spent months looking at these boots and reading different reviews on the web before I spent that kind of money. I have a wide foot with a high instep so I went up a size. I'm still breaking them in - I had read in other reviews that this can take some time but is definitely worth it in the end & I'm beginning to agree - they are moulding very nicely to my feet, the instep is taking a little longer but thats normal for me. So far Very Happy, I think they will last a long long time. Thank you Amazon, great service!

I had wanted these boots for a long time and got them for a really good price from Amazon. I have been wearing them for a while now and they are really comfy and ideal for the Northern weather! The boots look great when worn with jeans, shorts or even a dress. The leather is very durable and has a waxed finish. I am generally a size 5 1/2 (UK) and ordered the 6 which are perfect. I also like the fact that they are made in the USA and will last a long time if looked after well.

The first delivery contained wrong boots (Engineer 8R) with mould over the boots. I tried them on anyway and the fit was good so I decided to exchange them hoping the next delivery would be of the 12R boots I originally ordered. They arrived but unfortunately I found them to be too tight length wise even though they were the same size as the 8R I tried on first so I had to send them back anyway. Very disappointing as the price was very good.

Had tried lots of different pairs but these are most like 'proper' biker boots I could find. Chunky heel, hard-topped toes, yet don't look bulky or too masculine. With a bit of spray are completely waterproof. Wearing them in and appear to be very comfortable. Don't expect frills or fashion 'extras' on the boots. Invest in some long socks as some of the black has worn off on my leg! Love them.

This is my second pair of these boots, as I wanted another colour. They look good with pretty much anything & the quality is great. They are made to last. They do take wearing in though as the leather is thick. I take a size up as my feet are quite wide. I love them!
Brilliant price from amazon (less than half the price on the Frye website) & next day delivery.

Not the best quality Frye boot. Arrived a bit squashed not 100% perfect. Very tight fitting across the arch. Leather is not waxed finish so felt like they may get damaged in rain therefore not the best for Autumn in UK.
