5.0 out of 5 stars Yey, welcome Ritchan-san!! ^_^, 14 May 2005
By Kez (UK) - See all my reviews
"Summer is on its way, so of course Tohru and friends are excited about the upcoming vacation and field trip. But what's that sound? It's Hatsuharu going beserk in the classroom... again! Black Haru is full of more rage than usual, so what will happen when Yuki intervenes? And then there's Ritsu Sohma, whose mom Tohru met at the hot spring... but what's wrong with this kimono-wearing beauty?!"
The 8th volume in this #1 selling shojo manga, and i was not disappointed in the least! Its full of more of the beautiful artwork i've come to expect from Natsuki Takaya, more laughs, and also more of the darker side of the lives of the Sohmas. And we get to meet a new Sohma... but you'll have to read this manga to find out whats so different, even in comparison to the other unusual Sohma's, about Ritchan-san ^_^
Whether you're a manga expert or a complete novice, this is one series you cannot afford to miss!! Buy it now!!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars The best series of books ever, 16 Jul 2005
I've only got eight of the books from the fruits basket series but they are still the best books ever.I especially liked this one because you find out a lot more about Hatsuharu and he's one of my favourite characters. Ritsu also comes to visit Shigure's house.Ritsu is just like his mother who you met in a previous volume. This book is a lot of fun. BUY IT!
