I got this book expecting to find some new fruit-infused water recipes, however, I was really surprised at how much more there is to it. The introductory sections of the start are just fantastic and truly highlight the links between dehydration, memory, appetite and other vital bodily functions. Having all of this background information ensures that you stay really motivated in terms of keeping hydrated.

Of course, I now also have some great new recipes - I especially enjoyed the Heavenly Hibiscus Infused Water!

I was pleased to see this book but overjoyed when I read it. Due to health issues I am constantly challenged with dehydration. I drink a large amount of water and have been interested in finding out more information. This is an easy to understand book with several exciting recipes.

I love water but as we all know it can get a bit boring...I don't like sugary drinks and the effects they have so I was delighted to see Kasia's book on fruit infused water. It has a great introduction about water, our bodies, dehydration and digestion. There are five sections of recipes - Citrus, Tea, Herbal, Summer and Winter fruit based recipes. I made the spicy strawberry water last night and left to infuse is amazing in taste with a great kick! Looking forward to trying all the rest of the recipes now too. Great job Kasia.

Light bulbs went off reading through this recipe book!.....I thought to myself "This is going to completely replace sugary juice and lemonade for my kids from now on!"....My kids love fruit and they need to drink more water this will be perfect!.....I am so excited to introduce all of these delicious recipes to them....Recommended!

I drink a lot of water and always have, but I only occasionally add lemon or limes to my water. Frankly, I never thought about adding other fruit . . . until now. This book has a solid intro to our need for water and the negative results we get when our bodies become dehydrated. Plenty of varied recipes to try, too.
