Great book for those that can't stand plain water.

I did the 30 day water challenge this month and found it really hard to keep up because I simply can't stand drinking water. I was so glad to find this book as it not only introduces you to fruit infused water but it also makes you conscious of how important water is.
It also tells you how to correctly prepare fruit because of germs, which I thought was useful as I'm nightmare for things like and often forget.
I've tried four of the recipes so far and every one has gone down a treat with my daughter. She's the same as me and hates the taste of water, so I felt relieved when she enjoyed fruit water. It really saves me from buying sugary drinks as that's what she drinking a lot of until I got this book. I like how each recipes has a health benefit to it, such as helping boost the immune system or helping the digestive system.
My favorite has got to be the cucumber, kiwi and lime infused water. Tastes great and I usually have this in the morning and during a workout session at home. Since I've been drinking more water, I've finally been able to break my weight loss plateau and have lost 3 lbs.
The book has inspired me to experiment with other fruits too and make my own recipes.
Really recommend this book for people who struggle to drink water and also to people with children who don't like water.
Will be looking out for more books by this author.
