Wow - what a fantastic book Frugal & Fun is. I confess I was initially sceptical (partly as I have to work the school holidays so I spend most of my time dropping off and picking up from holiday clubs), but having read it I am now bursting with ideas for entertaining a 7 year old. With a section on getting organised and then some fantastic facts, ideas, makes and bakes there is enough there even if it doesn't trigger a whole stack of other ideas (which it did with me). The big thing for me is this isn't just a school holiday book ... it can help you with every dreary weekend or inset day where you are simply stumped for something to entertain the kids.

Simply written, well structured and easily accessible this is an excellent read and resource - well done ladies!

I now have so many ideas, even some of my own which have been inspired form this book. Since reading I have some hope that my daughter will not be too bored over the long holidays and we'll have good fun making things, baking things and making memories too! Thanks Ladies!

What a great Ebook! So many ideas, hints and tips. The holidays really are going to easier now I have this. I love how it takes you from preparing for the summer with the children, all the way through. Even anticipating the great British summer weather. Roll on the holidays!
