Although this new book has stolen the title of my original UNFORTUNATE BABY NAMES, do not be fooled. The original book compiled more than 7000 genuinely unfortunate baby names and has names now appearing in movies and on television (eg. "Quagmire" on TV's Family Guy). I have a new 10,000 name book shopping for a publisher and that book will once again have the original "Unfortunate Baby Names" title. In fairness, Russell Ash's attempt costs little but it offers less. The original Unfortunate Baby Names continues to be a growing resource for writers and fun at parties. Ash's knock-off is cute at best and silly on the average. If you want to pay for a stolen title and not much else this is your book. Go to the breakthroughUnfortunate Baby Names: Slattery's Complete Collection (2005 NEW EXPANDED EDITION) original. Don't let Russell make an Ash of you.
