2.0 out of 5 stars Short on details 11 Oct 2012
By Michael L - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified Purchase
I have been to London a couple of times and looked for an updated guide book to get me current for an upcoming trip. I wanted details about places I haven't visited yet and found this guide book to be very short on details. A great deal of space has been devoted to hotels, which seems unnecessary when there are travel web sites that do a much better job of describing hotels and provide guest reviews. I would not recommend this book.
5.0 out of 5 stars Don't go to London with out it. 23 April 2013

Gave it to my daughter for her London trip. She left it in the hotel her first day out. After that she didn't leave without it.
5.0 out of 5 stars Headed to the UK with My Android Phone and Frommer's 2013 Kindle Download 19 April 2013

Absolutely love being able to read this traveler reference from my Android Phone thanks to the Kindle App I just downloaded. My Kindle Touch doesn't display the color, but my phone does - beautifully. Searching this reference is also a breeze so I can easily find what I'm looking for. Frommer's has long been my favorite travel reference and this edition on my Android Phone is an ideal combination.
