Product Description
Jenkinson brings a rich blend of professional and practical know-how, contemporary experience and ancient wisdom to tackling the very modern problem of stress.
From the Author
My aim was to write a book that was interesting, helpful, brought a new perspective on a big theme today. In my work, I continually met comments about stress, and that involved me in a long inquiry. Every exercise I cite I have tried and also discussed with others or taken from proven sources. Some of it is very surprising but I believe it all works.
In the few days since launch I am delighted with the very many positive comments from individuals saying that it has helped them, helped with their relationships, and that they are saying, This is for me, and buying copies for their friends.
Hope you enjoy it.
