5.0 out of 5 stars An Incredible Cross County Canada Cycling Challenge! 17 Jun. 2013
By Celestial - Published on
Wow, I admire Patti's tenacity to keep at it.....that is to travel across this huge country of our's (Canada) through various weather and road conditions! Going east from Victoria through the Rocky Mountains is enough of a challenge (the road east of Osoyoos is daunting even with a car), but the continuing wind through Saskatchewan is enought to cry "Uncle"! But, she also had many days of perfect cycling weather. I loved learning along with Patti about our country. I enjoyed her humour and summary of her daily travels. This book is a great reference for anyone planning a Cross Country Canada trip. Bravo!

I am a native of Washington state but spent many summers in New Westminster, B.C. I love to travel and this book was very special to me. Patti did a wonderful job with this book and it was fun to travel with her across Canada which is a second home to me.

Having done a few tours myself, I love reading about others adventures. Meeting people, seeing country that I've not seen before is reason to tour by bicycle. There's an adventure around every turn.
