This book is an exceptional tool for the new business manager. It combines useful practical examples with the theory of business management in schools. It is easy to read but not simple in its content.

I am finding this book easy to read and am pleased with my purchase. I have graded it only 3 stars as it only has c.230 pages and for the price I expected much more for a paperback book. It also appears to have been published in 2000 and if you work in the state school system you will appreciate just how much has changed in the last 10 years. I have not finished this book, so may be able to comment better at that point. Much too expensive.
