`From Brainwave To Business' is an exceptional book written by an exceptional entrepreneur and inventor. Among her many industry accolades, its author, Celia Gates, was crowned European Female Designer of the Year in 2007 - and there's absolutely no doubt about it - Celia certainly knows her stuff.

Having read a dozen or so books on the subjects of entrepreneurship and inventing recently, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending `From Brainwave To Business' to anyone who's ever had an idea for a new product (or brand) and would like nothing more than to see their invention `out there' in the marketplace. I can state quite categorically that this is the best book on getting your `brilliant idea' to market that I have read thus far.

Of course, having ideas is the easy part, some might say! But what to do with your `brilliant brainwave'?
For starters, is it viable? How should you protect your Intellectual Property? What if someone steals your idea? How can you raise funds for your business venture? How can you get your invention to market successfully and generate unlimited profits from your sales?

Celia leads us step-by-step through all these important points and so much more in this comprehensive guide, written in the most accessible language.

Right at the beginning, Celia explains that if she'd had this book before she set about inventing and launching her award-winning Doctor Cook range of ergonomic cookware, she would have saved herself around £94,000 in `costly mistakes.' That realisation alone is reason enough for every budding product-creator to invest in this brilliant and practical book.

So if you're an entrepreneur, inventor, or `ideas' person, with designs on creating 'the next big thing', do yourself a favour and bag a copy of `From Brainwave To Business' now. When you're in the process of launching your very own `brilliant brainwave' you'll be so glad you did!

Warmest wishes,

Jan Jordyn

This is an excellent guide book for a first time entreneur trying to take a good idea to market. Celia Gates succeeded in launching her own successful business without the advice in her book. She has successfully filled a gap in the market. I have recommended the book to clients of AQK Change Management Consultants Ltd, including Pollywood Ltd who are a pre-trading start up with innovative ideas for a material, which can replace steel, GRP and plastics and other products with heavy carbon use in their production. I recommend From Brainwave to Business to anyone who wants to convert their lightbulb moment into a great business.
