I have enjoyed reading the book and will enjoy using its content even more. It is easy to read and comprehensive in content. Every relevant aspect of running a contact centre is addressed with sufficient and practical levels of detail to get started on improving one's own centre right away. If you wonder, like I did, how raindrops relate to contact centres, it is a must read.

This is an excellent guide to the principles and disciplines needed to run a succesfull contact centre in todays demanding markets. The conversational approach makes it easily accessible and an engaging read. From Bad to Worse will prove an invaluable reference point to call centre managers in both outsourced and in-house centres alike.
