This knife is far more comportable to hold than many designer chef ones.
It cuts well and is really good except for the problem of it overheating (as warned in the instructions). If used for more than 5 mins a safety cut out occurs, so one races through against the time and still you can feel it getting hotter.
For the low price I paid, it is well worh buying for short bursts of use.
