I bought a Friedland Evo Wireless door chime a couple of years ago. It is superb: a wireless door push that links to two plug in sounder units that do not require unsightly wires or replacement batteries. Unfortunately, the coloured piece of plastic in the centre of the white bell push tends to fracture in time, exposing the internal electronics to the elements and rending the item useless.
Having replaced the white bell push once, after the second failure I decided to use this item. It has a far more robust central coloured area that I hope should fare better against exposure to cold weather and long fingernails than the standard D512 white plastic bell push.
It was very easy to install and synchronise with my existing chimes.

Very pleased with what is a very solid item. The chrome finish really makes this bell push stand out.
Only one downside, and this is not directly related to the bell push, but the accompanying Freidland door chime we purchased doesn't have sound quality to compliment the push! Plus a bit of a con in that you need to buy a separate chime, why not a matching set?

Delivery was very prompt. Have used double sided tape to mount push on the UPVC Frame of our front door i.e.3M Command damage free hanging, so it can be removed at any time without leaving a mark.It looks very stylish and has been very reliable.
