Friedland's PIR Movement detectors are an effective way of protecting your home. They can be used to upgrade and expand any Friedland security alarm system within the SA range.

Product Description

Wirefree PIR's are ideal for protecting whole areas, rooms or outbuildings and send a signal to activate the Response Alarm when an intruder is detected in the protected area. The Passive Infra Red (PIR) detects changes in infra red heat when an intruder walks into the detection area. A security coded signal is automatically sent, which activates the Response Alarm in an instant. All detectors are individually coded at the time of installation with your selected security code and no wiring is required.

additional items to extend system which proved easy to fit with good performance, replaced wired system now not a wire in sight, arming and part arming now simple

I first bought similar PIR's about 15 years ago and although they still worked well decided to replace them when I upgraded the alarm. They were easy to install and if they give me similar service I will be very happy.
