Friedland's Mini Alarms are a comprehensive range of individual components which can be used together or singularly. The range includes window alarms, entry alarms and personal alarms and they are ideal for protecting single spaces, single rooms, cupboards, garages, caravans, sheds, outbuildings or yourself. They are also ideal for taking away with you as they are small and discrete and the majority are wirefree and battery operated.
The Friedland Response MA8 Remote Controlled Motion and Entry Alarm Plus provides double protection for your single room or area. The prewired magnetic door contacts can be mounted to a door or window frame whilst the Motion alarm mounts onto the wall. There is also a 10 metre prewired extension siren included for added security. When in armed mode, if the magnetic contacts are separated or if motion is detected, the alarms will sound. The alarm can be conveniently armed and disarmed via the remote control so no codes to remember. There is also entry and exit delays so the user has enough time to exit and enter the room or space before the alarm is activated. There are two settings for the alert, either a chime or an alarm sound and at a sound output level of 90dB the keypad controlled motion alarm serves as an effective deterrent and area protector. The Motion and Entry Alarm Plus is also very easy to install as the kit comes complete with fixings and mounting bracket. The kit also includes a door/window sticker warning that the area is alarmed. This remote controlled motion and entry alarm is perfect for protecting vulnerable areas of your home and keeping your family safe and protected at all times.

Very simple to fit, although you need to plug the extensions in BEFORE you put the batteries in the main unit, unlike the instructions suggest. Works well with the remote. Warning- don't keep bats as pets. Just after midnight the day I fitted it a bat got into the garage room and set it off. So it definitely works!

Good quality product, simple assembly. Nice and loud. Reasonable price. Easy to operate and assemble. Should deter any bike thief. Would definitely recommend.

This was easy to set up and works so far extremly well. My shed is now very well protected. If i had to moan about anything it would be the 10 seconds from triggering the alarm to it sounding. A theif quick on his toes hears the initial warning beep and could be 50 yards away by the time the alarm sounds with my powerdrill under his arm. The packaging is also very difficult to get into but that,s a minor niggle provided you own a chainsaw. (joke)

good loud shed alarm
Its a good loud shed alarm fairly straight forward to set up only 1 problem, not enough screws. Adhesive pads not realy suitable for bear wood but a good alarm all the same
