Not much to add. It's a power adaptor. It makes no noise and it works. It's about the size you'd expect for a power adaptor.

Great Door Chime 18 April 2011
I really like this chime. So useful to be able to take it out in the back garden. The only thing I could critisize is I would have liked more choice of chimes. Glad I bought it though
