My 10 year old son (with literacy difficulties) absolutely loved this book. It was fun and amusing, and he insisted on completing the book before he went to bed - absolutely unheard of!

I also bought this book for my 10 year old with reading difficulties.
It is lovely to find - at last - these books. They don't patronise, they just get on with telling a good story. It is funny but not empty. It is not the language that is simplified, just the reading - kind type face, good spacing. Great little book.

This book was bought for my dyslexic daughter but before she got a chance to read it her brother took it and read it back to front and again the second day. He doesn't normally show an interest in anything but non-fiction so it must be a good read!
