Product Description

Product Description

'Chambr' is an acoustic project by award winning guitarist/composer Nick Tyson, combining a guitar led rhythm section with a string trio. Diverse influences from jazz, downbeat, classical chamber, folk and middle-eastern traditions are explored within Tyson's delicate writing to produce an exciting new voice for British music. The album, produced by Ben lamdin (Nostalgia 77) showcases the ensemble moving seamlessly through richly textured sound-scapes, melodic string passages, intricate grooves, from stripped back minimalism to full on solos.

'Distinctive and brave.' --Stephen Graham (Jazzwise & The Guardian)

'Tyson's compositional textures have an expansive, cinematic and orchestral quality that fully immerse the listener.' --Louis Archer (Jazzwise)
