As I have laminate flooors and tiled floors throughout, it is a great help, I have a black lab assistance dog, being a wheelchair user, I put it down take Sasha out for a walk and come back and the floor is clear of dust and dog hairs. Empty it and put it back on charge and do the next room, it is so easy, my floors have never been so clear of black dog hairs. Plus no complaining from my husband about the dog's hairs! Not suitable for carpets.

Arrived today...happily whizzes round picking up crumbs and cat hair ..mine even climbs thick rugs.
Brushes right into corners.
Does not scare the cat. Easy to empty.

Do remember this is not a mighty Hoover..collection box is the size
of a budgies water bowl. Buy an upright or cylinder if you want a strong cleaner with loads of suck. This
is more of a floor sweeper.

My bed is low and I have had to move it for cleaning underneath...not anymore...my little robot is happy to visit under
the bed and lightly clean. Great in the bathroom too...whizzes into the space beside the loo where my Hoover can never
squeeze down unless I got the hose tool out.
Delighted with this little wizard.

I purchased one of these a couple of months ago. I wanted a robotic vacuum that could be used on my kitchen floor which is tiled, with the aim that it could "sweep up" any bits of food on the floor.

Unfortunately the Freetime robot doesn't seem to work very well in my scenario - the brushes tend to fling the bits around rather than directing them to the vacuum. Instead of cleaning the floor up, it seemed to push bits underneath appliances, making it even more awkward to cleanup.

On the plus side, using it's pattern it did seem to cover the whole floor area including around the edges, just a shame that it didn't actually clean anything!

Great fun watching this little creature whizzing around like a beaver. Does the job very well too, even on short pile rugs. Battery lasts about 35 mins though, so not very long, but enough to vacuum one medium sized room.

It is clearly stated on the box but not on the website description. It also is not that precise, cleans generally on hard floors only and is just ok.

This vacuum works great at cleaning up dust, pet hairs and all the other detritus that arrives on a daily basis. I have two dogs who like nothing better than to get messy and bring it back in to the house. I need to vacuum several times a day, so a robot helper seemed just what I needed. I really only need it for my dining conservatory, the portal to dirt.
This robo vac, should in theory be a real help. However, it has a very annoying habit of hugging the edges of the room, my skirting boards have never been cleaner, but the rest of the room is a real mess. I have to follow behind with a regular vacuum cleaner.
There's a major design flaw with Freetime whiskers, and it's that it will only ever turn in to an obstacle. When not in edge mode, It should do the opposite and turn away. Consequently, whenever it hits an object, it shuffles in to the object, and repeats ad infinitum hugging whatever it has made contact with. So if it encounters a table leg, it will circle it endlessly, whilst ignoring they rest of the room. Seeing as I have a dining table, whiskers lingers there like a dog with a full bladder does to a lamp post.
It has three stages, 1- edges, ( it does this with gusto), 2- a circular pattern, ( again, it's very keen on this, but this manoeuvre is only useful in a completely empty room, otherwise it does the table leg tango mentioned above), 3- an across room move, ( it hates doing this, and will only venture across room in a straight line to find another skirting board,. Did I mention that whiskers loves skirting boards more than life itself?
If you were able to bypass the three stage mode and just have it on straight line mode, it may do a better job, but that's not possible, so you have to stand like a schmuck and watch it ignore all the dirt.
So much for the robot revolution,
I sent it back to the seller, who offered to test it, check that it wasn't faulty. It wasn't. I guess it's just no good.
Refunded and disappointed.

I love watching it while it is working, it is great for the cat hair or crumbs on the kitchen floor then I can just steam mop.
