This book is the second in the 'Freedom' series, and as one might expect, one encounters a lot of characters found in the first book of the series. This is not just a rehash of the first book though. The excitment grows as Zainal, shows where his loyalties lie, and starts to work on his plans for the future. We are drawn into the lives of the people of Botany once more, and the climax of the book leaves us waiting with baited breath for the next volume. I loved this book because it kept me waiting to find out what Zainal and his partner Kris would do next, and how they would cope with a life where he was considered an enemy by most of those that they live with. It really shows human nature at it's best, and at it's worst!

This is the second Catteni book and again the imagination is delightfully challenged. Can't wait to read 3 and 4

This set of books, a trilogy, tells a story of adventure and romance in space. Very Very good.
