Freedom from Stress by Phil Nuernberger, 16 Oct 2003
By Joseph S. Maresca "Dr. Joseph S. Maresca CPA,... - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: Freedom From Stress: A Holistic Approach (Paperback)
The author espouses the holistic view toward stress identification and reduction. He explains that we may have
very little control over the external environment. In addition,
attitudes and unreasoned belief systems fuel stress. The
type A person tends to hurry; whereas the type B person
has little sense of urgency. Type B persons have lower stress
risk and ;therefore, lower incidence of heart disease.
Lowered stress levels should be combined with eating lean
meat, eliminating whole milk and increasing exercise.
Lastly, salt should be used sparingly. This book provides
simple non-invasive ways to recognize and reduce stress
to a manageable level before its unhealthy manifestations
require extensive medical treatment.
