If you're an Information Officer working with freedom of information or the environmental information regulations in the UK, then this is the book for you. It's really well written, easy to navigate and practical. If you have a question and need an answer quickly, the chances are you'll find it here. As well as commentary on the law section by section there are also some excellent chapters on how to apply the public interest test and how to deal with requests. I found the information handling flowcharts in chapter 5 particularly useful.

5 out of 5 and I hope we will see a second edition in due course as the law develops.
