Fred Perry traditional polo shirt in 100% cotton pique. Peppermint with light grey tips to collar and edge of sleeve. This classic 'Mod', Fred Perry, is one of most popular Polo Shirts ever made. Launched at Wimbledon in 1952, the Fred Perry polo shirt was an immediate success. The brand is best known for its laurel logo, which appears on the left breast of the tennis shirts. The laurel logo (based on the old Wimbledon symbol) was stitched into the fabric of the shirt instead of merely ironed.
The recent resurgence in Fred Perry culture has had as much to do with Paul Weller, Peter Doherty, The Libertines, and Kate Moss as it does it's own cool and timeless style.
