Dictionary copes reasonably well with most words. However the crossword solver has its limitations and falls down on four syllable words with several grouped letters missing. I tested the word Paperweight with alternate letters missing but it could not find a solution but on the whole it finds most words. It solves anagrams with ease.

I have had one of these for a few years and it has started to fail. The battery is not a good fit in the compartment. When it is working however it works Ok. However it only does anagrams with a one word answer. Not all the words are in its dictionary, no plurals for example. You often get "sorry can't help".

Arrived very quickly. I had the larger version,but I dropped it which rendered it useless,so I had no hesitation in selecting this model again. But this time I took the pocket size. The size is only preferential. It really is a good version of crossword dictionary.
