The best road maps 21 Mar 2011
By GM Harlow VINE™ VOICE
We always use the Michelin road maps for Europe and they are, without a doubt, the best.
The scale is always just right for motoring, and sufficient detail is included, along with a whole country map at the start. This latest has other smaller scale maps at the start too, which makes it easier to see where a city is, in relation to your position, if it is 'off the page' you are using.

Excellent clear layout. Very user friendly. If you are going to France, with or without satnav, this is an invaluable addition to the trip.

Touring France 19 May 2011
By Ian
Although I produce routes for holidays from the internet I would not be without an uptodate atlas. This size is just right for use in the car and also for route finding and distance. It can be a little hard on the eyesight for some but having had A3 virsions this size is just right. The product was extremly good value and arrived as I was informed and in good order.

Being ring bound, I thought this map was the right one for me. I could not be more wrong. The paper used is ridiculously thin, so much so that this map is already showing wear and... Read more

Perfect for driving through France.
This will be the first time I've driven from the UK down through France to the mid Pyranees but I can't wait. The maps are easy to read so I'll be confident in finding my way.

Great Atlas but paper is too thin
Great Atlas. The 1:200,000 scale is just what you need if exploring the country and getting off the main roads, with lots of detail. Read more

Michelin France 2011 motoring atlas
Just what I expected - very good. A little thick, but then France is a big country. Very detailed - but my wife (my wife-nav) has very good eyesight!
A good buy.

France 2011
Going to Spain via France and needed an up to date atlas.

Driving route was easy to follow on this atlas and product was cheaper than on the High Street.

Michelin Atlas of France
The book was smaller than I expected - A4 pages rather than the more usual bgger ones. This meant that the book was quite bulky and you had to turn the page more than one would... Read more

Tops for detail, but paper quality lower than my last one
I've been using Michelin atlases for touring for 25 years. I like that they highlight scenic routes, include landmarks of interest and give stars to the places worth a visit. Read more
