Since everything goes in cycles, at least in the world of fashion, art and design, you somehow only need to wait long enough, until something that has been completely outdated becomes cutting-edge again. Just make sure you are the first one to re-discover it and - of course - add a contemporary layer respectively put it into the right context.
Like Gestalten managed to live up to their reputation as the truffle-pigs of the art and design world when they published this book three years ago, thus introducing top-notch objects made of porcelain, glass and ceramics created by contemporary designers. Maybe your Grandma wouldn\t be excited but your kids surely will be!
