Fragile innovation is an important source of information about the history of design in Greece. As Greece has been trying to explore its design identity, there has been need for information about past efforts towards the cultivation of a design culture.In my opinion this book has managed to respond to this need. As a designer and educator, Fragile innovation has provided me with a down to earth perspective about the turbulent design past in Greece which helps me think about new ways forward. I hope this book by Dr. Yagou reaches as many design professionals and enthusiasts as well as policy makers as possible so that it provokes crucial dialogue.

Fragile innovation is an important source of information about the history of design in Greece. As Greece has been trying to explore its design identity, there has been need for information about past efforts towards the cultivation of a design culture.In my opinion this book has managed to respond to this need.
