5.0 out of 5 stars Recommended Textbook for Orthopaedic Spr / SRT / Trainee, 26 Jan 2007

(REAL NAME)
This is an extremley good book, a vauable resource for Trainees in United Kingdom especially those preparing for FRCS T&O Exam, and those preparing for SICOT DIPLOMA or EFOT Exam and day to day use. Impress your bosses with techniques shown in this book which is very well elaborated with pictures and diagrams.

This book has been written by Surgeons of Southern California Orthopedic Institute, Van Nuys. Last volume in a ten-volume series of operative atlases. Designed for surgeons by surgeons. Also for residents. Includes 42 common but problematic fractures. Extremely high-quality images, photographs, and three-dimensional color drawings

It would make your concepts clearer and would instill a logic algorithm for dealing with Trauma & Operating. An excellent book which should be present in all oncall rooms.
