Brilliant! One of the best books I have read in a long long time. This story about the human race's battle (with the aid of the horsemen of the apocolypse and other supernatural beings) against evil forces has it all - suspense, powerful emotion, sharp humour and morality, warmth, heroism, pure evil, and humanity. The book's characters are so vividly described that they seem so real - even the supernatural ones. i was gripped from start to finish, and can't wait for book 2. Xmas presents sorted for this year, and next year if book 2 is out by then.
