The RED outline band tends to fade in the light over a few months, hence you are then with just left with the black print. Cheap price, so can not really argue about the issue.

Not quite what I was after, they need to be stuck on the inside of a window facing out, no good for me when I have only a brick wall, Gathering dust in my shed
