Product Description

Review from previous edition This book is clearly written and very accessible. It is an excellent mix of principles, procedures, and substantive law - extremely reliable (Nick Grief, Professor and Director of Legal Studies, University of Kent)

Fully serves its stated purpose as a student textbook. Best to read with TEU and TFEU open next to it. Some terms or procedures are not too clearly described whereby better to refer to the relevant EU website. Great to have in one place references to the relevant cases (it was not always clear how one or another case relates to the topic, so further reading needed).
