Weird, wacky, strange or very funny - depends on you.,

It's many years since I read this book but I remember it well. You'll either find it a bit weird and possibly unacceptable or you'll roll around in tears of laughter. If you were ever frightened of death itself, this dispels your fears when you realise that the book contains facts, not fiction. If so many people can die in such bizarre situations then there is hope for the rest of the human race to be more sedate in going! Maybe you want to go with a bang one day - well this book may give you ideas but it also alerts you to the strange twists of fate - can you really plan anything so serious as death? If you don't take life too seriously, you'll find this book very funny.

I got this as a Christmas present, and once I'd read it I wanted to read it many times again. Definitely an excellent light read and I've now decided to buy the sequel.

It is what it is and that is listings of various "strange" ways people have died. Some of these are really far out and at times I found myself laughing out loud while reading this. If you have a morbid sense of humor you might get a kick out of this.
