It's a condensed version and quickly covers a large amount of Tai Chi theory in a very easy manner. Avoids Chinese terms and covers the 13 postures. Also covers direction from the old Yang Family text of Back to the North, colours, energies (fire = red, etc) in about half a page. Very easy reading.Tai Chi Form Introduction Edition (The Tai Chi Club - Qi Gong Mini Books)

I perhaps misunderstood what this book was intended to do, as I bought it hoping for a series of illustrations whih would remind me of the movements I learned a few years ago. In fact this book is only really a few pages long, and is mostly introductory text. The text is good, but you really need to buy Mr Bradley's complete book (a different book priced at 9.95 I think) in order to achieve what I was hoping for. The sample download was next to useless, hardly more than the title page.
