It changed my life. It brings together in a simple holistic framework the key dimensions of how to have more energy in your life. I have worked with several people who, having read the book, found profound change possible - that's what really made me read it, not being a fan of what I initially imagined to be a self-help book. It's much more scientific than that. Really excellent.

Don't buy both "The Power of Full Engagement" and "On Form" unless you want to give one of them away! They are identical books, one for the UK market and one for the US/Canadian market. PS, haven't yet read my copy so ignore the star rating :-)
