Whenever I buy a new car, this is the second purchase for it. An invaluable source of information which allows the reader to indentify and repair minor elements of car ownership, and provide the thorough knowledge required for highly skilled jobs.

It is however not a replacement for years of mechanical knowledge, therefore I would advise if you don't really know what you're doing then get someone who can.

This is a great book for the owner of a ford fiesta who does a bit of DIY now and then.
The instructions, tips and cautions are very clear and easy to understand. I would recommend that you photocopy the page(s) of interest instead of using the book directly, as pages can get oil stained/wet/torn etc... and then throw out the copies.
