Just finished reading Jez Morrow's Force of Law on my kindle and wow, what a read!! I laughed out loud so many times at the whipquick cracks; I wanted to slap Tom upside the head for being so completely and utterly blind; Wells and his family were just so yuck! But the absolute best thing about this book was Law! Major major yum alert - the descriptions of Law were enough to make anyone get excited! And for him to love his family, do anything for those he loved and go all alpha on someone's ass when they threatened Tom - well yeah, perfect man right there!

This was my first Jez Morrow but it won't be my last - I only wish I could give it more stars!

wow! just read the Force of law and enjoyed it so much. First time i had read Jez Morrow but will definitely look to read again. Great writing, characters feel real and come alive. You definitely route for Law and his family, and recognise Wells and his family as rotten. Tom is not weak but none the less sweet, you can't help but love him. And Law - well .... just indescribably hot. All this and an interesting funny story as well. what more could you ask for? Except may be more of it!

I'd never heard of this author but I took a risk - mainly because the hunk on the front 'cover' looked scrummy! Shallow, I know... I have no shame... :-).

I loved it! I only wish it was longer (only because I would like to have known more about some of the characters) but, saying that, this Kindle offering is the ONLY one I've read where I felt I was given everything I needed in terms of the story. No rushing or laziness from the author here and, although it's a short story, I didn't feel short-changed at all. I felt satisfied, like after a really good meal where I've eaten just enough. 'Force of Law' has a great plotline, fantastic relationship twists, strong lead characters, some meaty (and funny) peripheral characters we learn to love, hate, we cheer for the goodies and boo the baddies as is appropriate. Wickedly fun. And, of course, the sex was mind-blowingly intense!

Again, I loved it. Buy it!
